  Long waiting time for order, which is understandable when busy, but the staff member who prepped our order was more interested in what was on the TV than doing his job. When we arrived home with the order nearly 20 minutes later, half the order was missing (Large Seafood Platter) and the fish portions were very small. We rang them and returned at a later date and they corrected the order with extras. Thanks. We ordered the Red Emperor with that order, which was undercooked and tough as. Not a very good initial experience for a business with a reasonable Review rating. Have had a lot better service and quality elsewhere. Try around the Byford area for quality.

  Very disappointing. Waited over an hour for our order as they lost the slip. Sitting in the waiting area I saw people come and go, the workers must have thought I was just there to watch tv. Finally got the order after asking three times and let me tell you it was not worth the wait. Oil soaked shite, I ordered the shark that was so foul tasting of ammonia it was literally inedible. Straight in the bin!!
